Our business hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm EST.
We ship UPS regular ground.
For overnight shipping on in-stock items call us at 229-226-5793, additional charges will apply. Your call must be received before 12:00 pm EST to have your order shipped that day.
We do our very best to ship all in-stock orders within three- (3)-business days.
If for some reason we are out of stock and will be for more than ten- (10)-business days you will be notified by either email or phone.
Privacy:
We only use your information to process your order. Your personal information will never be used in any manner other than the processing of your order. We do not sell, rent or in any way distribute any of your information!
We are not responsible for any information that you transmit to any company or organization that has a link to this site. Their privacy policy governs how your information will be used.
Refunds/Returns:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first thirty- (30)-days we will replace the item or refund your money. The first thirty- (30)-days starts three- (3)-days after your order is shipped. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the unsatisfactory item. After thirty- (30)-days we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. Charges may apply. You will be notified of these charges before repairs are started or item is replaced.
